Change or Cancel an Appointment
We understand that plans change. Here is how you can manage your appointment with us.
Please Note: Our practitioners are appointed their hours of work at 5pm (close of head office) the business day before. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment or after 5pm the business day before will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
If however you can send someone else in your place, or if we can fit you back in on the same week, we will waive this fee for you.
